MLB Construction Services, LLC transformed the Montgomery County Shared Service Facility. MLB Construction was honored to be the General Contractor for this amazing shared services building. With MLB’s experience in historical building renovation and well-built labor forces, we were able to successfully complete this undertaking. SUNY Plattsburgh – Memorial Hall – Phase 1

SUNY Plattsburgh’s Memorial hall houses campus athletics, recreation, wellness, sports medicine and fitness center. While Memorial Hall had received some upgrades over the years, very little had changed to the building since its initial construction in 1962. In order to achieve the campus goals, a complete gut renovation to most of the building and reorganization of the space plan on all three levels was needed. MLB had the honor of renovating the old National Biscuit Co. building at 251 N. Pearl Street into the new home for the Capital Repertory Theatre. The Hyde Museum, Glens Falls, NY
