MLB has performed several FastMed Urgent Care facilities across the Carolinas with Urgent Cares of America Holdings, LLC. These medical facilities have ranged in in size from 3,000 – 5,000 square feet. All facilities have required the construction of a full service x-ray room, laboratory, patient rooms, administrative offices and large waiting room. These projects were fast track and detail oriented with quality finishes, each constructed with an atmosphere that would make any patient feel better.

This three-story, 62,000 square foot facility was designed to establish continuity with the surrounding neighborhood. Its exterior consists of brick and cast stone veneer with aluminum framed windows.

Medical & Professional Arts Building This interior fit-up to a three-story 36,000 square foot multi-specialty building offers the most advanced imaging technologies, including: MRI, CT, Ultrasonography, Mammography, DEXA and Fluoroscopy. The building also houses a complete oncology center, as well as the NY State OMRDD offices

This 23,500 square foot medical office building was constructed on a vacant site and has been a great addition to the Glens Falls Hospital. The building includes a Family Practice Clinic, Physical Therapy, Specialty Physicians, and an Imaging Suite. Its traditional clapboard siding and gabled roof design gives the building its character and helps it blend into its surrounding environment.
