MLB was very excited to be awarded the Schuyler Falls Clinic Project. We are working and coordinating closely with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (OASAS), and the Champlain Valley Family center to bring new life to this abandoned complex. This was a renovation project of the old “Adirondack Challenge” building. This new community project will be a drug & alcohol addiction clinic where a range of addictions and co-occurring disorders can be treated. The Schuyler Falls Clinic is desperately needed for this area and the surrounding community seems to be very excited about future possibilities and hopeful expansions of the clinic.
This existing metal building had a newly installed TPO roofing system over the existing metal roof and required rehabilitation of existing wells and septic systems to accommodate increased usage. The new clinic will now allow for an extended stay/residential area and an outpatient clinic. MLB is currently ahead of schedule and under budget.
