The 75,000 square foot CESTM building houses a research facility, laboratories, offices, conference rooms, and an incubator industrial space. The facility includes the Atmospheric Sciences Research Centers, the NY Center for Advanced Thin Film Technology (CAT), and the National Weather Service regional forecast office. The building consists of two different wings, connected with an impressive three-story entrance rotunda and 120 foot high tower.
