Owner, Konover Property Trust was so impressed that they recommended MLB to their new tenants for fit-ups to their retail center shell spaces. MLB successfully completed a number of these fit-ups including: El Cerro Restaurant, The Blossom Shop, and Hollywood Nail Salon.
