The facility includes the Atmospheric Sciences Research Centers, the NY Center for Advanced Thin Film Technology (CAT), and the National Weather Service regional forecast office. The building consists of two different wings, connected with an impressive three-story entrance rotunda and 120 foot high tower.

University of Tampa

Riverside Building MLB was chosen from a large group of contractors to replace the store front of the University of Tampa’s Riverside Building. The complexity of this job was the timing. MLB needed to guarantee that the day-to-day use continued for the campus throughout the construction duration. MLB coordinated extensive electrical and concrete work during the project and was able to turn the building over to the University at the scheduled time.

North Carolina Central Univeristy

Biomedical/Biotechnology Research Institute This facility is an innovative research and training institute dedicated to the advancement of fundamental knowledge of human diseases. The facility provides 11 state-of-the-art research laboratories, a modern animal facility, computing and visualization laboratories, an auditorium, and 30 offices. The building was constructed with over 10,000 square feet of aluminum panels and glazing, 2,000 cubic yards of concrete and 250 tons of steel.

SUNY Adirondack

Wilton Center A 32,500 square foot facility which includes 14 classrooms, state-of-the-art interdisciplinary laboratory, 75 seat lecture hall, and geothermal HVAC system. The exterior façade features a natural stone veneer with glass accents to establish continuity with the neighborhood’s appearance. This two-story building tripled the size of the existing SUNY Adirondack Wilton Campus, which has seen a significant increase in enrollment since the grand opening.

Skidmore College Arthur Zankel Music Center – Saratoga Springs, NY

Arthur Zankel Music Center Referred to as the hub of music activity on campus, the Arthur Zankel Music Center cost approximately $30 million to construct. The building consists of three wings, each with a separate foundation, a 600-seat concert hall, faculty offices, individual practice rooms, a 100-seat lecture hall, electronic music laboratory, piano lab, a below-stage pit elevator, and a soaring glass wall with open views to the college’s South Park.
