MLB, acting as Building Contractor, worked diligently with the Construction
Manager, Architect, and County Officials to deliver this state-of-the-art
correctional and public safety facility on schedule and under budget.
Exceptional supervision and coordination of construction activity saved
valuable time in getting the facility ready to accommodate demand for
detention space.
The concrete block and masonry structure
utilizes pre-cast cells arranged in four pods. The facility has an
inmate capacity of 186 and features high-tech computerized and video-based
security and control systems monitored 24/7 from a central control
room. The jail portion also contains a kitchen for food preparation,
recreation spaces, visitation rooms and processing rooms.
The public safety dimensions of the facility
include the Warren County Sheriff's offices, and the 911 response and
control center for all of Warren County.
