As constructor of numerous Price Chopper Stores for The Golub Corporation, MLB met the challenge once again and delivered this new store in plenty of time for final setup and stocking for the scheduled Grand Opening.

Site restrictions made this project especially challenging. Preparation of the site and construction of the new store was executed immediately adjacent to an existing Price Chopper that had to be kept fully operational. Staging, laydown and parking space was very limited and delivery of concrete, steel and other materials required special coordination because of very tight access conditions and the need to maintain the existing parking lot. The Grand Opening was promptly followed by demolition of the old store and raising of the grade to provide ample level parking for the new full-service facility.
