MLB's extensive experience and superior performance on retail spaces made a believer out of Lowes Foods when we successfully delivered the new Lowes Foods Store at Millpond Village in Raleigh.

Pressed by an aggressive timetable to meet store opening plans, MLB moved quickly to prepare the site, place the utilities and foundations and floor slab, and get ready for the on-site fabrication of the tilt-up architectural concrete wall sections. Erection of the walls and roof structure progressed rapidly to facilitate fast-track completion of the building's interior. Lowes officials praised MLB for one of the smoothest store construction projects they had experienced to date.
