Hannaford at Latham Farms

At Latham Farms, MLB earned the continued praise of its longtime friends at Hannaford Brothers by successfully renovating, for the second time, this high-volume, 24-7 super store. Located in one of the busiest shopping complexes in the Capital Region, substantial renovation and expansion of this active Hannaford store required the ultimate in project planning, management and execution.

In little more than 180 days, MLB meticulously masterminded this dramatic transformation to the new Hannaford. A complex phasing plan temporarily relocated each department within the store while its new space was prepared. All refrigeration and HVAC systems were replaced, and the building was completely outfitted with a new facade and attractive, high-capacity entrance. Throughout the project is was business as usual for Hannaford and its customers with virtually no impact on daily operations.
