This new, three-story, multi-specialty professional building designed and built for  Knickerbocker Development brought another high-quality MLB healthcare facility to the Saratoga community.

Built on a premier location for the medical professional and related service providers, 3 Care Lane is in close proximity to the Saratoga Hospital. The offices offer the most advanced imaging technologies: MRI, CT, Ultrasonography, Mammography, DEXA (bone density), and Fluoroscopy. The building also houses a complete oncology center as well as New York State OMRDD offices. The location allows patients to experience direct point of service healthcare and ease of access with convenient parking.

The 36,000 square foot project required extensive pre-construction design and planning services in order to meet the budget required by the owner and the tenants. Much of the interior fit-up work was carefully put in place after the building was partially occupied which, of course, gave MLB yet another opportunity to exhibit its unique ability to execute work amidst operating facilities with little if any disruption.
