Educational facilities of all types are abundant in MLB's project portfolio -
athletic & recreational facilities, residence halls, student centers, dining
halls, classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and administrative spaces, both
new and renovated. Examples include state-of-the-art, hi-tech educational resources
like the Center for Environmental Science and Technology Management at SUNY
Albany, the Biomedical - Biotechnology Research Center at North Carolina Central
University and the International Center for Distance Learning at Empire State
College, as well as numerous academic and student life facilities at Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute, Union, Hamilton, Bard, Middlebury, Williams and Skidmore
Colleges. In the public school market, MLB has completed over sixty million
dollars worth of work in the Capital Region of New York and nearly twenty-five
million dollars in eastern North Carolina.
