For Excellence in Construction and Management, MLB is a three-time winner of the prestigious Build New York Award presented by the General Building Contractors (GBC) of New York and the 2007 Certificate of Merit from the State of North Carolina. MLB is also the recipient of GBC's 2007 Safety Excellence Award for demonstrating dedication and commitment to maintaining the highest standards on every jobsite.
