From its corporate headquarters
near Albany, New York, MLB is well positioned to serve
clients throughout the Northeast as well as the immediate
Capital Region. Sixty years experience in the construction
business has enabled us to develop strong relationships
with regional suppliers and subcontractors which make MLB
particularly effective and competitive in its primary market
areas. MLB's portfolio includes projects located in Southeastern,
Central and Northern New York, as well as Vermont, Massachusetts,
Virginia, Florida and North Carolina, home of MLB's southeast
